Who we are

Landed Luxe (landedluxe.co.uk) is the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: hello@landedluxe.com.

What we collect

• “Find it for me” requests: your email address and what you ask for (item, size, budget, link). Used only to reply to that request (your consent; you can withdraw it any time by emailing us). Kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.
• Emails you send us: your address and message, used to reply (legitimate interests).
• Basic server logs: our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request data briefly for security and reliability (legitimate interests).
• Analytics: if used, cookie-free and aggregated; it doesn't identify you.

Cookies

This site doesn't set non-essential cookies. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies on its site to track the referral; their privacy policies apply.

The calculator

The landed-price calculator runs in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us.

Sharing and transfers

We don't sell your data. We use service providers (hosting, email) who may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Find-it requests are kept for up to 12 months. Other emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing matter.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, object to processing, and request portability. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

Registration

Because we process personal data, we may need to pay the ICO data protection fee; we will register if required.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes, for example if we start an email newsletter.
